Woven bags: perfect all-rounders for storage and transport

Whether it's a large private property, agricultural business, or construction industry: There are always opportunities where bulk goods and small items need to be stored or transported. With the extensive selection of robust woven bags and silo bags from BONI-SHOP, you get the right product for each of your projects.

Worthwhile applications for woven bags

Woven bags are extremely versatile. They are made of extremely tear-resistant polypropylene, making them much more stable than similar products made of polyethylene. This makes the practical woven bags suitable for transporting and storing bulk goods such as sand, soil, {category=01902549e61071698a626292c72c0d14}, cement, and gravel. They can also be used for collecting tree cuttings. Choose from different sizes, cuts, and load capacities in the BONI-SHOP to optimally adapt the woven bags to your project. In the construction industry, the so-called BIG BAGs have become especially established. They are square-cut and equipped with four lifting loops, so you can preferably lift them with excavators, cranes, and the like. With a maximum nominal load of up to 1,000 kilograms, this is absolutely necessary in most cases! For leaves, twigs, and other plant waste, the PopUp garden bag is worthwhile. Choose between two different sizes and keep your property tidy all year round!

Woven bags for disposing of asbestos-containing waste

The building material asbestos was long regarded as a miracle fiber and was used in many industries. But as early as the beginning of the 20th century, numerous diseases, including lung cancer and asbestosis, were linked to the substance. Since 1993, the material has been banned in Germany. However, it is still found in many older buildings. Therefore, special caution must be exercised during dismantling and disposal. In special {category=01902549dcc772ceb23290e2708f0128}, you transport the health-damaging substance as safely as possible. Large, unmistakable warnings on the outside of the woven bag clearly indicate the contents. This way, you and your employees are on the safe side!

What are silo bags used for?

Silo bags are used for the airtight sealing of silo edges. They replace the former time-consuming methods, which involved using old tires and sand. The application is as simple as it is ingenious: Fill the elongated bags with 4 to 8 millimeters of round gravel, tighten the loop, and place the silo bags on your harvest storage so that the protective cover is well held. It's best to place them on two overlapping {category=01902549dad9707fa9e4307faa652442} or all around the edges. Thanks to the handles and loops, you can quickly stack the filled tubes.

The silo bags from the BONI-SHOP are made of HDPE. The abbreviation stands for High-Density Polyethylene. In German, the term Hard-Polyethylene is mainly used. The thermoplastic polymer is extremely robust and resistant to acids and other chemicals. Unlike PVC, the material consists only of hydrogen and carbon. This makes the ecological balance of the silo bags better.
