For a quick and secure pipe connection you only need screw fittings, our aluminum composite pipe, a pipe cutter and a calibrator.
For better understanding, we have provided an illustrated assembly instruction with the photos.
Assembly Instructions:
- Cut the pipe to length with a suitable tool
- After cutting, the pipe end must be calibrated and deburred with a calibrator
- Position the union nut and clamping ring on the pipe according to the illustration. Then insert the nipple of the base body completely into the pipe. Push the clamping ring and union nut onto the fitting base body until it stops. The union nut can now be tightened by hand.
- The union nut must be tightened with a suitable tool until the corresponding resistance is reached.
Check the connection afterwards.
Please note that the use of other composite pipes, other than those sold by Boni-Shop, is at your own risk.
A compliant connection only exists for all press systems when using approved system components (fittings and pipes that have been tested together).
This applies to all composite pipe systems regardless of the manufacturer.
