For a quick and secure pipe connection, you only need screw fittings, our aluminum composite pipe, a pipe cutter, and a calibrator.
For better understanding, we have provided a pictorial installation guide with the photos.
Installation guide:
- Cut the pipe to length with a suitable tool
- After cutting, the pipe end must be calibrated and deburred with a calibrator
- The union nut and clamping ring are to be positioned on the pipe as shown. Then the nipple of the base body is fully inserted into the pipe. The clamping ring and union nut are pushed onto the fitting base body until they stop. The union nut can now be hand-tightened.
- The union nut must be tightened with a suitable tool until the corresponding resistance is reached.
Check the connection afterwards.
