Gutter (75/100/125) Downpipes (63/90) as a Set

The BRYZA GUTTER SYSTEM is an established product, launched at the beginning of 2004.
BRYZA is a complete system consisting of semicircular gutters
of 75, 100 and 125, a group of fittings, and downpipes in two diameters of 63 and 90mm.
The discreet elegance of classic forms, easy installation, and a choice of two colors
in different sizes meet all customer requirements.

Type of Connection
 

The gutters are connected to the pipe fittings using a snap connection.
The connection is sealed with a rubber profile located in the groove of a pipe fitting.
This type of connection allows for easy installation and ensures the required
tightness. The downpipes are connected with the pipe fittings using the connecting
couplings without a seal. These types of connections allow for thermal length
changes of the gutter system parts to be compensated.
 

Please note during installation!
 

The PVC and steel brackets are mounted directly onto
the roof battens or rafters. 
The bracket spacing should be 40-50cm. For proper water drainage, the
gutter should have a slope of 2mm per 1m towards the transition piece.

Cutting the gutters and downpipes
 

Cut the gutter or downpipe with a fine-toothed saw at a right angle to the correct length.

Gutter installation in the brackets and installation of transition pieces and single parts
 

The installation in the PVC and metal brackets starts with inserting the
gutter bead into the front nose of the bracket, then pushing the inner part of the gutter
under the rear nose.
Corner piece, transition piece and gutter connector are mounted by sliding
onto the front bead of the gutter and then locking on the rear bead.
When connecting, make sure the seals are in the correct position in the transition pieces, connectors,
and corner pieces, and ensure the stops on the inner surface of these parts are engaged.
It is recommended to install additional gutter brackets at the gutter connectors, transition pieces and
corner pieces.
