Info: Annual, height approx. 20 cm. Valuable cushion plant with many small, violet flowers, which have a sweet scent especially in the evening. Bee pasture. Suitable as ground cover, for borders, rock gardens, stone joints, and balcony boxes. Largely avoided by slugs.
Care: Sow in well-drained soil (row spacing 20 cm), press lightly, do not cover (light germinator!) and keep moist. After germination, cultivate in a cooler and drier environment. Prick out into pots in groups after 4 weeks and plant out with 10 cm spacing in May - June or thin out. Undemanding, loves sunny locations and nutrient-poor, well-drained soil.
Tip: Light trimming after flowering and fertilization leads to abundant rebloom.

Germination: 8 - 14 days at 15 - 18°C, light germinator
