Info: The large, green-white tubers are firm and heavy. They have an intense, slightly nutty aroma. Celery tubers and leaves are indispensable for soups.
Care: Sow in pots from March to April in a warm place. Cover seeds lightly with soil. From mid-May, plant at a sunny, deep, nutritious location with a distance of 40x40 cm. Gradually acclimate young plants to outdoor temperatures.
Tip: Do not plant celery too deeply for proper tuber formation. Temperatures above 18°C lead to bolting.
