Info: Mid-late Quedlinburg breed with large, round, blue-green heads and medium-strong curl. Use as a vegetable, braised or steamed. High content of vitamins and minerals. Characterized by good storage ability until February, to be harvested late but frost-free.
Care: Sow thinly, 0.5 - 1 cm deep, press down, cover and keep moist. Prick out if necessary. About 6 weeks after sowing, plant out or thin out at 60x60 cm. Loves sunny locations and nutrient-rich, medium-heavy, deep soil. Regularly loosen, fertilize, and keep well moist.
