With our innovative gravel plates in various colors and strengths, you will find the right solution for every application! Prefer stable gravel or lawn areas instead of concrete or paving. Thanks to their open structure, these plates offer ideal conditions for grass growth. Side openings in the honeycomb pattern allow for extensive rooting of the grass. Water easily seeps through, providing a more natural water and nutrient balance compared to sealed surfaces.

Our gravel plates can be used to stabilize driveways, parking lots, and other heavily used lawn/gravel areas. Slopes can also be stabilized in this manner.

Made from already 100% recycled material that can also be recycled again, our plates are completely environmentally neutral!

Processing:

1. Using the four ground spikes on the underside, the individual grass grids can be easily and securely attached to the ground.
2. Simple connection of the grids through the side hook system.
3. The shape and size of the grass grids can be easily adapted with standard jigsaws or angle grinders.
4. A stable, compacted, and permeable ground structure (gravel or rubble mixture) is indispensable just like with other floor coverings.
5. The corresponding area should be dug out to a depth of about 30 to 40 cm depending on the load and mechanically compacted.
6. After compaction, the area is filled with a gravel or rubble layer (15-30 cm) and compacted again. This creates the ground structure (A).
7. For areas driven over by vehicles up to 3.5 t, a leveled compensating sand layer of 5-7 cm (C) should be laid over a fleece (100g/m²) (B).
8. With gravel or rubble filling, the area can be driven over immediately. With grass filling, the area can be driven over after about 6 weeks.
9. The grass grids are suitable for gravel or split fillings with a max. grain size of 20 mm and offer a cost-effective solution that also saves a lot of work.

The manufacturer allows variations in the shade of color between the individual elements. This is a typical feature of products made from recycled material. The shade of color does not adversely affect the quality and parameters of the product. Color changes during use are a natural process that products made from recycled material can undergo. These changes do not affect the quality of the product in any way and are therefore not covered by the warranty.
