Purpose:

• Sealing of metal and plastic threads
• Connection of outlet taps and distributors
• Connection of fittings and fixtures (outlet taps, distributors, clocks, and measuring points)
• Installation of compressed air lines

 Surface Preparation:

• If necessary, a metallic thread should be cleaned with a brush. It is recommended to roughen the metallic thread before the wrapping process with, for example, a saw blade.

Processing:

• First lay the thread across the thread, then wrap the thread in the direction of the thread (over the cross-laid thread), starting at the beginning of the thread, onto the pipe thread.
• For optimal function, the thread should not be wrapped directly into the thread grooves. The thread can be cut using the cutting device.
• Inside the container, the thread is wound spirally and can therefore be easily pulled out and applied to the thread.
• It must be ensured that the product is wound with tension.
