* Although no requirements are set here, insulation is necessary for the following reasons:
Corrosion protection, prevention of cracking and flow noises, air and structure-borne sound insulation, reduction of heat load. To maintain user comfort, the hot water pipe should be insulated to prevent unnecessary cooling by building components, etc.
