Info: A very fast-growing leafy vegetable with heavily feathered leaves, very tolerant to cold. Use depending on taste as a cut salad or steamed from the wok.
Care: The soil should be well moist, but not wet. Prepare the seedbed thoroughly (weed-free and finely crumbled). Direct sowing with a planting distance of about 2.5 - 3 cm. Row spacing about 15 cm.
Use: Ideal for mixed salads and garnishing.
Gardener's tip: The leaves give an intense, radish-like taste and enrich any salad. The young leaves are cut about 2 cm above the ground. Harvest can be done continuously.
