Info: The yellow pods are delicate and grow to about 12 cm long with a diameter of 8 - 9 mm. The pods are round, particularly tender, tasty and without strings. The pod set is concentrated. The plants are sturdy and vital. "Uranus" is an early variety with a particularly small, white bean. The resistance to bean mosaic virus and scorch spots ensures high and secure yields.
Care: Sow in rows of 40 - 50 cm, every 6 - 8 cm, 1 bean or in hill planting (every 40 cm, 5 - 7 beans each). Sowing depth about 2 - 3 cm (dark germinator). Beans require a humus-rich, well-drained garden soil and a wind-protected, sunny location. Never let the seeds dry out completely, keep them consistently moist.
Use: The pods do not need to be cut and are suitable as a vegetable side dish.
Gardener's tip: Cooked to a slightly crisp texture, the delicate beans are excellent. Savory adds the right seasoning to the dishes. Consume only cooked.
