Babyleaf Salad Mix

Info: A diverse mix of varieties of the pick-and-cut salad type. Included varieties are 0.1g "Lollo rossa", 0.1g "Salad bowl", 0.1g "Red salad bowl", 0.1g "Australian Gele" and 0.1g "Grit". With one cut, you harvest the ingredients for a colorful salad plate of different leaf colors (from light green to red) and shapes (smooth-edged to oak-leaf). The crispy firmness of the young salad leaves (English: babyleaf) and the pleasant taste pamper the palate.

Care: The soil should be well-moist but not wet. Thoroughly prepare the seedbed (weed-free and finely crumbled). Never let the sowing soil dry out during germination. Plant spacing for row sowing: 3 - 5 (seed to seed) x 10 cm (row to row). Sowing broadly or in rows, about 0.5 - 1 cm deep, then press down.

Use: Ideal for mixed salads and garnishing. Ideal for cultivation and harvesting in balcony boxes.

Gardener's tip: Salad in mixed culture is ideally compatible with beans, strawberries, cabbages, spinach, tomatoes, and onions. Ensure protection against snail feeding.
