Info: Late-ripening, very productive variety. The fruits are cylindrical, yellow, and very large. Valuable and tasty feed for small animals and horses. Very good, slightly sweet taste.
Care: Sow thinly, 0.5 – 1 cm deep in rows 30 cm apart, cover with soil and keep moist. Thin out 3 – 4 cm large seedlings to a distance of 8 – 10 cm. Loves sunny locations and humus-rich, deep, sandy soils.
Tip: Frequent hoeing and loosening of the soil increases the quality and yield of the carrots.
