Granulated for a dust-free, user-friendly application, manually or with a spreader. Promotes the green aspect of the lawn and other garden plants. Particularly on light, dry soils with high pH value or extremely high phosphate content, plants easily show signs of iron deficiency. 25 kg for about 900 m².

Iron contributes to an improved competitiveness of the lawn against unwanted moss and weeds. Also suitable for supplying iron to other garden plants.

Application:

Apply 25 to 30 g/m² of iron fertilizer evenly in early spring (March/April) or at the beginning of autumn (September/October) on stressed and mossy lawns. The granulated fertilizer can be applied by hand or with a spreader, after which the lawn should be thoroughly watered. Application a few days after mowing at temperatures above 10°C enhances the effect. On heavily stressed areas, fertilization can be repeated after 8 to 10 weeks. After application, moss turns brown or black. Rake it out.

On calcareous soils with a high pH value and/or on compacted soils, iron uptake by plants can be difficult. Signs of iron deficiency in lawns are yellowing grass blades and strong moss spread. In other garden plants, iron deficiency appears as leaf yellowing, with green leaf veins and yellowing of young shoots. Rhododendron and other bog plants are particularly prone to these deficiency symptoms. Often, fertilization with 20 g of iron fertilizer per m² helps here.

Iron fertilizer is not a complete fertilizer. Your lawn also needs a complete fertilizer with nitrogen, phosphate, and potassium for healthy growth. We recommend Rasofert® - the organic-mineral lawn fertilizer with natural long-term effects.

Caution!
Iron fertilizer causes rust stains on flooring (concrete slabs, tiles, etc.) and clothing. Remove accidentally spilled fertilizer on slabs immediately. Also, watch out for residue on shoe soles and pet paws. Walk on fertilized lawns only when the fertilizer is well-watered in.
